Ruben Morales has over 20 years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry as a Technical Consultant for companies all over the world. In 2018 he founded CINCO, a software solutions provider that helps Life Sciences companies protect their patients by managing the risks on their manufacturing processes.

As an entrepreneur, he led CINCO to win 1st Place and Investors' Choice Award at the EnterPrize 2018 competition, the Evertec Innovation Award at the Parallel 18 Startup Accelerator, and being selected a top 3 company at the Rising Entrepreneurs Program of the Bravo Family Foundation.
